Let's get running! Join Lulafit's running coach for this 8-week run club. Each week, we'll focus on a different aspect of running -- speed work, tempo and interval runs, time trials, and strength training. Runs will last around 40 minutes along the beautiful lakefront path. All levels (and drop-ins) welcome!
Meeting place: Eugenie Terrace lobby. In the case of inclement weather, we will take runs and strength training up to the gym.
