FAQ

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is due on the first of the month and is payable by check or online.  Cash is not accepted. 
 
When paying with a check, please be sure to include your apartment number on the memo line. 
If you are dropping your check in the management mailbox, no envelope is necessary. 
 
To pay online, you must first register an account with Active Building (eugenieterrace.activebuilding.com)
The most efficient and cost-effective method is to set up recurring ACH payments, although one-time credit card payments are also accepted (third party transaction fees apply for all credit card payments.)

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RESIDENT PORTAL?


Active Building is Eugenie’s full-service resident portal.  Upon moving in, please register your account at eugenieterrace.activebuilding.com.  Once registered, you may use Active Building to pay rent, submit a service request, sign up for package alerts, provide guest authorizations, buy and sell items within the building, and interact with fellow residents on the community board. 
 

WHO CAN I USE FOR CABLE?
Comcast/Xfinity is the primary cable provider for Eugenie Terrace.  If you would like to set up an account, please call 1-800-934-6489 or visit xfinity.com.


HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT RESIDENT EVENTS?
Our marketing & events manager, Kelli Taylor, plans all resident events and advertises them via email, print signage, and social media.  If you have a specific email address that you’d like us to add to the distribution list, please send it to Kelli at ktaylor@villagegreen.com.  We also invite you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram (@EugenieTerrace) for the latest events, photos, and resident discounts.


Occasionally, Gmail will filter our messages to the Promotions tab of your inbox.  If you find this to be the case, simply drag the message to your Primary tab and click "yes" at the top of the screen.  This will properly direct all future messages sent by that address.



HOW DO I BOOK THE GUEST SUITE OR SKY LOUNGE?



Click here to visit the Guest Suite reservation request page.   The rental rate varies nightly and you may view availability by scrolling over your desired date.  The guest suite is a furnished studio apartment on the 7th floor and can accommodate up to (2) people.

Click here to visit the Sky Lounge reservation request page.  The cost to reserve the space is $500 for up to four hours (plus a $500 deposit.)  Reservations can only be made my current Eugenie Terrace residents.  All gatherings of 10 or more people are considered a private event and must be reserved accordingly.



HOW DO I PURCHASE A LAUNDRY CARD?

A laundry card is required to operate the washers and dryers.  Laundry cards can be purchased for $5 from the kiosk located at the entrance of the Laundry Room  (please use a $5 bill to purchase your card, as the kiosk is unable to dispense change.)  Once you have purchased your card, please re-insert it to add funds to your account.
